	Air Pollutant Report	Detailed report of a facility's Clean Air Act (CAA) pollutant emissions data.
	Compliance Report	Detailed Facility Report (DFR) of a facility's compliance and enforcement data.
	Facility Documents	Access available facility enforcement and compliance facility documents under CAA, CWA, and RCRA. EPA Inspection and Permit Documents — Access documents related to inspection, enforcement, and environmental assessment (EAs) and environmental impact statements (EIS) under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Document are well populated for facilities in EPA Region 6, but less well populated in other EPA Regions as document publication is not required. Facility-Reported Clean Air Act Compliance Documents (CEDRI) — Access EPA facility documents submitted to EPA using the Compliance and Emissions Data Reporting Interface (CEDRI). For more information, see WebFIRE. Note: The types of documents and date ranges available may differ between facilities.
	Effluent Charts	Visual display of a facility’s Clean Water Act (CWA) discharge monitoring report (DMR) data. Available for Wastewater/Stormwater/Biosolids (CWA) and All Media Programs facility searches. The Effluent Charts report icon will display only for facilities that have DMR data within the last five years.
	Multiple Effluent Charts	Visual display of a facility’s Clean Water Act discharge monitoring report data for pollutants, including violations. Links to all available effluent charts by NPDES permit. Select a NPDES permit number to view the report. Available for Wastewater/Stormwater/Biosolids (CWA) and All Media Programs facility searches. The Effluent Charts report icon will display only for facilities that have DMR data within the last five years.
	NPDES Monitoring Data Download	Detailed permit limits and monitoring requirements, along with measurements, for facilities permitted under the Clean Water Act National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), provided as a CSV file.
	Single Enforcement Case Report	Detailed Enforcement Case Report for the selected facility.
	Multiple Enforcement Case Reports	Links to all available Enforcement Case Reports by case number for the selected facility. Select a case number to access the selected Enforcement Case Report.
	Pollutant Loading Report	Detailed Water Pollutant Loading Tool information for the selected NPDES permit.
	Multiple Pollutant Loading Reports	Detailed Water Pollutant Loading Tool information for multiple NPDES permits associated with the selected facility. Select a NPDES permit number to view the report.
	Multi-Year DMR and TRI Loading Report	Side by side comparison of the last 5 years of DMR pollutant loads and TRI chemical surface water releases.
	Permit Limits Report	Permit limits and monitoring requirements for facilities permitted under the Clean Water Act National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).
	CWA Program Area Reports	Facility reports with additional information pertaining to some Clean Water Act program areas. Currently, where applicable, ECHO provides access to the following reports: Sanitary Sewer Overflow Event Report Biosolids Facility Report Additional Implementation Measures (AIM) data for Industrial Stormwater Facilities. Refer to the MSGP AIM Data Download Summary for more information. CWA Program Area report icons will display only for facilities that have applicable data.
	CWA DMR Exceedances Report	Detailed information about exceedances of a permit effluent limit or an alert/benchmark threshold under the CWA NPDES permit program for the selected permit.
	Multiple CWA DMR Exceedances Reports	Detailed information about NPDES permit program DMR exceedances for multiple NPDES permits associated with the selected facility. Select a NPDES permit number to view the report.
